I am Darrin Cook, originator of Big Stick Combat, which is a synthesis of my studies in
- Kabaroan under GM Ramiro Estalilla,
- Modified Tapado under GM Mike Vasquez, and
- Combat Eskrima Maranga under GM Drigo Maranga.
My passion is fighting with the big stick. I travel to the Philippines every year to further my studies and because I love the country and its people.
